Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not granted for any services rendered. (If it is allergy related, you will be offered a free removal) All services require a card on file in order to book this will not be charged aside from service payments and no-show/late or cancellation fees. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and required a 50% deposit for any future booking. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments anything later, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service booked.
If you cancel your appointment within 24hrs you will be charged 100% of the services booked. You may use this payment for your service if you choose to rebook but I require a $20 charge at the time of the new appointment. However, you have 30 days to reschedule or your payment will be forfeited and you will have to pay for your full service again.
You must have minimum 40% of your extensions per eye to qualify for a fill.
ANY lash issues must be addressed within three days of the original appointment to qualify for a touchup appointment at no charge.
No extra guests are permitted.
